Section II of the Annual Report Guidelines asks you to revisit either the Self-Assessment you completed in 2006-2007 or to do the tool now.
If you completed the self-assessment process last year, you don't need to revisit it now. This is especially true if you submitted your 2006-2007 Annual Report based on it. In most cases where that happened, we sent a letter of response to your campus, summarizing strengths, challenges, and areas to prioritize. You can base your letter (Section II) on that letter.
If you had a change in staffing or would like to revisit the tool, you are welcome to do so.
If you did not complete the self-assessment tool and process (which can be largely discussion-based), we'd encourage you to do that now. Then, complete your letter (Section II) that summarizes the strengths, challenges, priority areas for focus, and goals for next year.
