Travel Recommendations

 

Arrival | Friday, October 18th

  • Shuttles will be provided To Rhodes from Memphis International Airport

 

Departure | Sunday, October 20th

  • Plan to leave campus after lunch, 1:00pm- shuttles for conference attendees will be provided as needed.

 

The recommended airport is the Memphis International Airport. Please consider these items along with this shuttle time when scheduling flights to and from the conference. HOUSING

Like all Bonner Congress meetings, participants will be housed with the host students (in this case, Rhodes students) in dormitories and apartments both on- and off-campus. This is a free optionand is automatically arranged when you register for the conference. Just be sure to bring a sleeping bag and pillow!

 

WHAT TO BRING

* Comfortable clothing and shoes. Casual is fine.

* Since Congress Reps will be housed with students, make sure to bring a sleeping bag or blanket and pillow.

* Toiletries. You'll be showing in dorm bathrooms.

* Energy and ideas!
