Strategic Planning Visits

Page history last edited by Josh Blair 11 years, 8 months ago

These two-day visits involve formal visioning and strategic planning for the Bonner Program, center, and campus more broadly.  A small group of stakeholders including staff, student leaders, faculty, partners, alumni, and senior leadership is involved.  These visits are required for High-Impact Initiative campuses and recommended for established programs wishing to forge a 3-5 year plan.

Here are some questions that may help you determine if you want a visit of this type.

Is your institution involved in the High-Impact Initiative or interested in joining this in year two or three?  If so, you will want to set up a two-day strategic planning visit.  The Foundation staff will work with you to determine the timing of this visit and other related work (such as the implementation of the NASCE with Siena Research Institute).

Is your institution's Bonner Program established and interested in forging a strategic, long-range plan for the program, center, and community/civic engagement more broadly? This type of visit will help you get there.  However, a variety of stakeholders must be involved (as noted above).  Contact your foundation support liaison for more information.
