Organization Description: Alameda Point Collaborative provides 200 units of housing for 500 formerly homeless people so that they can create stability and success in their lives.  We offer on-site supportive services including counseling and case management, information and referral, substance abuse counseling, educational support, youth programming, job training and employment.  We focus on building a healthy community, with our farm, nutritional programming and native plant nursery.
