MORE ABOUT US (our partners, trips, structure, best or unique practices)

Democracy House at Middlesex County colleges partners with organizations throughout the Edison, Perth Amboy and New Brunswick areas to provide them with service work from our Bonners. Our Partners include: Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen, PRAB, 21st Century, Rartian River organizations, and many more.

This past academic year at Democracy House, our corps members delved into a wide variety of service, trainings and campus wide inititaves that helped to strengthem them individually, as well as the program itself.

Overall, this past year was a great one for Democracy House in which many students took leadership roles as Bonners. Many students came up with ideas for fundraisers and participated in them. Others showed amazing willingness to serve their community through our work with our community partners. Through service, events and training, 2009-2010 was an amazing year.
