Organization Description: The El Pomar Fellowship in Community Service brings together highly qualified college graduates with diverse backgrounds and interests. Fellows lead and staff the Foundation's programs, participate in leadership training and professional development activities, attend a speaker series, take nonprofit management & fundraising courses and receive instruction on financial management and investment policies.

Internship Position
Internship Description: The internship is a full-time, summer position for current undergraduate students. For the past decade, El Pomar has hired between 4 and 10 summer interns to support a variety of short-term administrative tasks for the programs, projects and activities of El Pomar Foundation and the Penrose House Conference Center. The program provides students an opportunity to work as leaders in grant making and the nonprofit sector. Along with working within the Foundation, interns partake in a professional development series.
