"Through our after school and summer programs, we enrich children’s lives and build life skills through educational assistance in a creative and nurturing environment. TASP serves children, grades 1-8, in Trenton's West Ward."

Volunteers

Volunteers tutor and mentor children from ages 5 to 14 (grades K-8).  They help with homework, assisst in extra curricular activities such as 4H, music, gym, art, and computers.  This year the Bonners are trying to incorporate service learning into the TASP curriculum.  Every month, the Rider Bonners work with the children to complete a service project.  These projects include butterfly bags for children's hospitals, hand turkeys for nusing homes, and holiday cards for nursing homes.

The Rider Bonners are also collecting school supplies for the children at this site.
