PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

For the past nine years, the New Jersey Bonner Leader Program has sought to address critical community needs throughout Mercer and Middlesex counties. The program mobilizes the talents and interests of college students and community members, the resources of institutions of higher education and the expertise of community-based organizations to address issues related to food insecurity, mentoring and other human needs. This initiative aims to provide food assistance to individuals and families in need and mentors for homeless, low-income and/or at-risk youth.
