Housing

Reservations will be made on your behalf for Erdman Hall at Princeton Seminary upon registration. If you will be making your own arrangements please indicate so on your registration page. Please also request any special housing needs (such as handicapped accessible rooms) on the registration form. Reservations and billing will be handled through the Bonner Foundation.

NOTE: As of 7/14/2009 our housing has reached capacity at Erdman. We have a few additional rooms reserved at an area hotel (first come first serve). Additional registrants will need to secure their own housing in the area. There are many hotels in the area, including the following:

Check-In

Check-in at Erdman Center is open between 3:30 PM and 9 PM. If you arrive before 3:30, you may check for early room availability at 2:00 PM and/or ask for luggage storage. If you arrive when the desk is closed, please pick up the white phone in the Erdman Foyer to call Security. They will have a list of names and will deliver the keys.

Airport Shuttle Options

We strongly recommend that you fly into Newark Airport since the public transportation from there is far easier for you than from Philadelphia (which takes you as far as Trenton, where you'll have to catch another train that takes you into Princeton Junction and then take another small train (the Dinky) into Princeton.  You can get more information on airport transportation options here:
