Fun Facts about KSC: Every year Keene State College along with the community celebrates Pumpkin Festival; 1,000 upon 1,000 of pumpkins are lit up at night downtown followed by fireworks. Our Record was in 2003 when we got 28,952 pumpkins!

                                  The movie Jumanji was filmed here in Keene and there is still evidence of the film left in the downtown area 

                                  Keene State College was founded as a teachers college in 1909, and just celebrated its centennial
