Registration


 

  • Team leaders can register their teams for the High Impact Institute here on the Bonner Network Wiki.  We will be using a Qualtrics Form Survey so that you may input the information on all team participants at one time. You will be asked to provide contact information, travel information and other pertinent details for each member of your travel team.  
  • Team leaders, be sure to get the following together FOR EACH PERSON before you register your team:
    • Name
    • Title/Role
    • Brief Biography for printed program
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Any housing or food needs

Travel


 

  • Siena College is located at:

 

      • 515 Loudon Road, Loudonville, NY 12211
      • The Albany Airport is about five miles from campus.

 

  • Ideally, your team should travel together or arrive at similar times at the Albany Airport, if you are flying.  But, in any event, please complete the registration online by June 15th. At that time, Lori Barringer will contact you via email to get the details of your travel plans.  You will want to get the arrival and departure information for your whole team.  Lori’s email is lbarringer@siena.edu.  Lori is arranging from shuttle service on July 8th from the airport to campus (and back on July 12th).

 

Lodging


 

Participants be staying at the New Hall (Massry Commons) and Town Houses at Siena College.  Each administrator and faculty member will have a single room with a private bathroom.  Students may be housed in same room in New Hall or Town Houses.  

 

Each room will be furnished with the following, to make it “hotel like.” 

    • sheets, pillow, and blanket
    • towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner

 

However, the beds are single, and there are no televisions in rooms. The New Hall and Town Houses are new.  Accommodations also include the following:

    • air conditioning
    • workout facilities in basement
    • pool table
    • laundry facilities
    • wireless Internet connectivity

 

Meals


 

  •  All meals except one dinner are being provided at Siena College, either in the New Hall or in the main dining facility.  Dinner on Thursday evening (July 10th) will be off campus.  

 

Details (Time, Costs)


  • The meeting registration will be on July 7 from 10 am to 4 pm Meeting programming will begin at 4 pm, as we discussed at the planning retreat.  

 

  • For Cohort 1 and 2 schools, the meeting will run through 3 pm on July 10, but you are welcome to stay until lunch on July 12th.  Cohort 1 and 2 presentations occur on Thursday from 11:30 am to about 3 pm.

 

  • For Cohort 3 schools, the meeting will run through 12 pm on July 11.  Cohort 3 Team Presentations will occur on Friday morning, so please try to stay through the end. 

 

  • The cost, as projected on the prospectus, is $3,600 for a team of 8 ($425/person).  This includes housing and all meals except one dinner off campus.
