CAMPUS AT A GLANCE

BCC is a comprehensive community college that provides all individuals access to affordable and quality education.  The college currently offers more than 70 program degrees and 24 certificate programs. BCC is always expanding its educational partnerships, and it currently works with six colleges that offer bachelor and masters degree programs on site.  Furthermore, BCC has established guaranteed admission agreements with over 20 local colleges and universities, which allows students to seamlessly transfer to any of these colleges after finishing their studies at BCC.  BCC is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and approved by the State of New Jersey.

KEY FACTS

Because Burlington County is the largest county in New Jersey, and in order to provide accessibility to all individuals living throughout the county, BCC has two main campuses and a number of centers located throughout the county.  In 2007, the college enrolled approximately 8,000 students, with more than half of those students enrolled as full-time students.  Moreover, in 2007, over a quarter of all Burlington County High School graduates went on to attend Burlington County College in the fall semester.

BONNER PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

BCC is proud to be a Bonner Leader school that began the program during the spring semester of 2009.  Our Bonner Leader program consists of approximately twenty-five BCC students, all of whom are committed to social justice and having a positive influence on economically disadvantaged populations residing in Burlington County.  We have partnered with numerous community partner sites that help to serve economically disadvantaged children, children and adolescents who have experienced neglect or abuse, disaster relief and emergency management teams, and environmental needs via educational programs.  We have actively looked toward expanding our program, and since its inception we have more than doubled our membership enrollment.
