Internship Position


Internship Description: The intern will help to organize, promote and facilitate hunger education seminars, local hunger awareness events, media outreach, and other activities for the seven southeastern states; communicate with individuals, churches and campuses to assist in planning seminars; maintain databases of people and organizations that are recruited; support the regional organizer in ongoing grassroots organizing work to strengthen the grassroots network in the region. Assist in preparing quarterly newsletter; assist with scheduling and responses to phone calls; light typing.
