Bonner Congress Handbook 2009

Congress Reps at Summer Leadership Institute and through an online survey asked for a new Handbook about their roles—so here it is, freshly created and edited for 2009-2010.  Thanks to Marisa Frey, Bonner Summer Intern and Congress Rep, for her work on this.
