Bonner Web-Based Reporting System is an online tool available to Bonner students, allowing you to access service opportunity information and report service/training hours from the convenience of your own computer! Approaching this application for the first (or even seventeenth) time may be a little daunting. So...we have created this little guide for you. Feel free to give feedback in the comments section below. 

Coming Soon...BWBRS 3.0. With the Introduction of 3.0 we will update this site with tutorials on the new system. Until then review the existing BWBRS 2.0 tutorial.

Log In

The first step to using BWBRS is to access the online system itself. Simply go to the BWBRS website (www.bwbrs.org) to find the log in page. Trouble logging in? Click here.

Create New CLA 

CLA? What is a CLA? This is your Community Learning Agreement. This represents an agreement between you and a service opportunity to perform community service hours for that particular agency. This will become your main volunteer site, but it first needs to be approved. Need help setting up a CLA? Click here.

Log Hours 

Once setting up your CLA you will begin your service. But your administrators (Bonner Scholars) and the Foundation (Bonner Leaders) need to know what you are doing. Alas! How shall this communication be made without me filling out loads of paperwork? Luckily, you can log all of your hours online with BWBRS. Check out the Logs tab or the "Enter my...Hours" link on the sidebar to begin login hours. Need help navigating these pages? Click here.

Print Important Sheets 

Unfortunately BWBRS cannot replace ALL paperwork. At times you will need to secure signatures, either from your site, your administrator, or the Foundation. Luckily these times are few and BWBRS has provided you with these relevant forms and an easy way to personalize them to your specific service.
