BWBRS Member Training
BWBRS is unique to the Bonner Program. Every new Member is required to be trained how to properly use this site to log hours, complete CLAs and track their own progress.
The most effective way to train new Members is when you have them all together at your first meeting/orientation.
Make sure that you already have them entered into the roster to ensure that you can get right into the training and have time for questions about the system. Making sure the Members fully understand the system and what they are required to use it for will help make your program run more smoothly. Use the resources linked above to cover the following training points:
1. How to Log Service Hours
2. How to Print hours
3. How and When to Create CLAs
4. How to Complete Service Accomplishments
5. How Track Service hours
6. How to Respond to Cases
