ART LAW 101: Copyright workshop for visual artistsTaught by Patent Attorney, Stephen Slusher Register and Pay Online Your art is unique and creative, and your own. Learn how to ensure that it stays that way by attending a workshop on artist copyright issues at Artworks on Saturday, April 17 from 10 a.m. till noon.
Taught by intellectual property attorney Stephen Slusher, who has years of personal and professional experience with artists and intellectual property issues, the course will outline the basics of copyright law and the importance of copyrights for visual artists, including painters, printmakers, photographers, and sculptors.

Art teachers will be leading simple to complete art projects at 15 art stations suitable for youth, teen and adult participation. 2. The City of Trenton provides use of its Everett Alley facility to Artworks under the auspices of the departments of Public Property and Recreation, Natural Resources and Culture in order to foster a thriving and diverse arts community.
Location: 19 Everett Alley at South Stockton Street, Trenton, NJ 08611 In the Mill Hill Historic District
Gallery hours: Tuesday noon to 8pm, Thursday 4 to 8pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm and by appointment
