Learn how to ensure that it stays that way by attending a workshop on artist copyright issues at Artworks on Saturday, April 17 from 10 a.m. till noon. 

Taught by intellectual property attorney Stephen Slusher, who has years of personal and professional experience with artists and intellectual property issues, the course will outline the basics of copyright law and the importance of copyrights for visual artists, including painters, printmakers, photographers, and sculptors.

Art Making Day - Save the DateDon't have any art ready to submit to Art All Night?  Then you may want to attend a free "Art Making Day" at Artworks, Saturday May 22 10am-2pm.  Art teachers will be leading simple to complete art projects at 15 art stations suitable for youth, teen and adult participation. 2. Three Hour Volunteers NeededVolunteer for just three hour at Art All Night-Trenton 2010.  Have fun, do a good deed and get a free T-shirt.  Sign-up here

Trenton's downtown visual arts center - promotes artistic diversity by fostering creativity, learning and appreciation of the arts.  Our classes, exhibitions and events make art an accessible experience for all.
 
The City of Trenton provides use of its Everett Alley facility to Artworks under the auspices of the departments of Public Property and Recreation, Natural Resources and Culture in order to foster a thriving and diverse arts community.

Gallery hours: Tuesday noon to 8pm, Thursday 4 to 8pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm and by appointment
