1. Verifying Placements and Securing Hours:
A one-page concise description of what an agency representative should do to verify students’ hours and complete paperwork; this should be modified to meet your campus program’s procedures.
A one-page guideline and sample for making transportation arrangements and procedures clear to partners, as well as procedures in case of medical emergency.
3. Hour Logs:
Bonner students log their hours into the Bonner Web-Based Reporting System (www.bwbrs.org) and then print a hard copy of the hour log to get signed by their community site supervisor. Visit the BWBRS website to set up accounts, CLA's and log hours. Go here for a tutorial that will guide you through the process. Be on the look out for BWBRS version 3.0 and its improvements over the current system in the near future.
