Step 1: Go to the Service Partners & Positions Page
Click on the Positions & T&Es > Service Partners & Positions link on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Select the Add Site Supervisor Menu
Click on the Available Actions > Add Site Supervisor menu.
Step 3: Select the Add a New Site Supervisor Menu
The Add a New Site Supervisor menu is the default option (#1), then click on the Save button to bring up the add screen (#2).
Step 4: Add Site Supervisor Contact Information
The contact information should be filled in completely, including:
- Email Address: this is what the site supervisor will use when logging in to BWBRS. The option to add their password will show up on this page after you have saved this form.
- Title and Department: it is useful to include this additional information for the site supervisor.
- Site Supervisor for Positions: each semester's position titles are included as options for the site supervisor. Because the specific semester's are not included in the listing, we suggest that you select all of those for the positions the site supervisor is connected. These are carried forward automatically when you advance positions to the next semester.
When you're done, select the Save button at the bottom of the page (#4).
Step 5: Adding the Site Supervisor Password
After saving the new site supervisor for the first time, the password field will show up on the form underneath their email address (#1). Add the password here, then click the save button at the bottom of the page (#2).
Note: you have the option to disable login for site supervisors here as well, which is how you'll remove a site supervisor who no longer is in that role for this position.
