Step 1:  Open Accomplishments Survey Form

  1. Select Accomplishments Survey under Service Partner Menu
  2. Select Service Partner from list view for appropriate semester

Step 2:  Add survey responses into BWBRS form

This form mirrors the Capacity Building Accomplishments Survey.

  1. Add numeric results to appropriate boxes.
  2. Add narrative response in text field.
  3. For instance, from an agency point of view, summarize the relevant accomplishments for that category.
  4. For example, under Volunteer Management, you might note, "Student Coordinator developed new volunteer program on campus, recruited 15 regular volunteers, trained staff to support volunteers, and updated volunteer handbook and policies."
  5. Or, under Policy Research, you might note, "Issue-based team of student volunteers researched model tutoring programs, identified local funders for after school initiatives, presented at local meetings, and wrote an issue brief."

Step 3: Save survey response

Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

Move to the next Service Partner

You can easily move to the next service partner's accomplishments survey form using the Available Actions menu.
